Wednesday, April 2nd – Monday, April 7th

Event Policy: This event has a no refund policy.

Guests: If your guest attends I.H.S. they must have their fees paid in order to be eligible to attend Prom. A ticket can be purchased on their behalf, but will be VOID AND NOT REFUNDED if fees are not paid by Monday, April 7th. If your guest does not attend Independence High School, then he/she must have a Guest Affidavit and Emergency Medical Form completed. You may purchase tickets without these completed forms, HOWEVER, any ticket purchased without the proper paperwork WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, and will be VOID if a hard copy of the guest affidavit/emergency medical is not provided to Mrs. Lewis by Friday, April 11th. Absolutely no exceptions. These forms are included with this packet or can be picked up from Mrs. Lewis. Extras are available in the main office. Guests MUST show a photo I.D. to be admitted into the Prom Venue.
